Motorcoach Details

We are so excited that you have made the decision to Ride Across Wisconsin! We understand that transportation for you, your bike, and your luggage is a major concern.  Our advice?  You are here to ride your bike - leave the rest to us! All riders utilizing our All-Inclusive Transportation will be shuttled via Motorcoach Buses to the La Crosse Center, our start line and packet pick up location in La Crosse, WI. Your car will then wait for you where the shuttle picked you up (ideally, your finish line!).

All-Inclusive Transportation Package ($150)

What’s Included?

• Motorcoach transportation on Friday, 8-16-24.

• Expert packing & transport for your bike on Friday, 8-16-24. (Your bike will follow you to La Crosse).

• Transportation of your luggage.

  • Riders will be able to have ONE bag transported.

    • Friday, you’ll take it with you on the bus.

    • Saturday-Sunday, one bag will be transported from the start in La Crosse to your mid-point and/or finish line (Wisconsin Dells, Trek, or Milwaukee).

  • You should NOT add-on additional “Luggage Transport” if you have selected the All-Inclusive Transportation Package, unless you would like TWO bags transported. Any refunds requested for luggage due to not following directions will be subject to a $10 fee.

• PREFERENCES WILL BE ASKED DURING REGISTRATION. Bus departure locations are listed below.

• This package can be added on until Sunday, July 14th, 2024 OR until spots are filled.

Motorcoach Bus Options for Friday, August 16th (8-16-24)

• Milwaukee to La Crosse

  • Check-in/bike drop: 11AM-2PM

  • Time of departure: 2PM

  • Parking: Precision Landscape Services (Parking Lot East of City Lights Brewing Company. Check-in/bike drop will take place at City Lights - we’ll show you the way!

• Trek to La Crosse

  • Check-in/bike drop: 11AM-1PM

  • Time of departure: 1PM

  • Parking: Trek Headquarters Parking Lot off of McKay Way

• Wisconsin Dells to La Crosse

  • Check-in/bike drop: 1-2:30PM

  • Time of departure: 2:30PM

  • Parking: Poppy Waterman Ice Arena North Parking Lot

Century motorcoach ($50)

• This option is intended to get riders completing the CENTURY option back to La Crosse. The bus will depart from Captain' Bob’s Park (Wisconsin Dells Finish Line).

• Saturday, 8-17-24

  • Check-in/Bike drop: 2-4pm

  • Time of departure: 4pm

  • Parking: La Crosse Center, Pine Street, Main Street (view list here)

• This option will only be added if we reach a minimum of 30 people on this bus. Should we not reach this minimum by July 14th, everyone who added this on will be refunded and need to find their own transportation.

Arranging your own transportation?

• Here are more options:

• You are welcome to have a friend or family member help transport you. If your friends/family will be traveling with you, please see the family page for suggested activities and attractions along the route, and to purchase extra meals at the finish line. 

• Amtrak- Your personal ticket & bike transport ticket will need to be purchased through Amtrak. There will be no RAW support for this option. You will also have to find a way from both train stations (La Crosse & Milwaukee) to our meeting spots.
