Rest Stops (Timing)

Above is a schedule of when rest stops will be available to riders. Please note the cutoff times and required minimum average speed to meet these. People who do not make the cutoff times will be sagged.

EX: Jane is aiming to complete the 2-day, 235 mile route from La Crosse to Milwaukee. Jane rides at 10 mph and takes 10 minutes at each of the rest stops. She would not make the appropriate finish time. She would need to average an additional, variable, mph based on how long she would like to take at rest stops.

Rest stops will include mechanical support, water, hydration mix, sports nutrition, and an assortment of food/snacks. These rest stops will be staffed according to the time chart with energetic staff to keep you motivated and ready to embark on the next segment of the tour.

Rest Stops (Fuel Offerings 2023)

This chart can be used as a reference from 2023 to get an idea of what any rest stop may look like. Changes may be made at any time. Specific brands are not guranteed at this time.

In addition to RAW-provided rest stops indicated by the A icon on RideWithGPS, there are many restaurants, gas stations, and convenience stores along the route if you find yourself needing more stops along the way.
